Aon Credit Solutions

As Deputy Director of Aon’s US Credit Solutions Practice, Kim’s focus is on Strategic Growth Initiatives, External Market Engagement, Insurance Market Relationship development as well as supporting complex trade credit insurance programs. She provides leadership to the team in negotiating and structuring placements in addition to client advocacy on policy language, buyer limits and claims.

Her specialties include syndications, top-up, securitizations, factoring and multi-national programs.

Kim has almost 20 years in the Credit and Global Trade Finance space creating unique and bespoke solutions for clients in the commodities, technology, consumer goods, chemicals, pharmaceutical, trade finance and retail sectors amongst others. She presently advises and manages Trade Credit needs for a multitude of global clients, representing billions in annual insured sales exposures.

Before joining Aon, Kim was Senior Vice President at Marsh on their US Credit Specialties Team. She also spent a number of years at Atradius in new business development and has over 23 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing and customer service. She has held roles including Vice President of Sales and Global Branch manager in the fields of Credit Information and FX Trading.

Kim is founder of the NOVA Rise Alliance and has been a speaker at various industry organizations including ITFA and NACM. She has also been quoted in the Wall Street Journal.
